New Free Opportunity for Swimmers:

As many have heard, Lebanon resident John Barnes, ASCA Level 3 Coach (Level 4 Achievement Eligible) has retired from day-to-day coaching due to changes in his paying job.

As such, Coach Barnes is now making himself available to consult with swimmers (Middle School, High School, Masters, Tri's) on their strokes and to offer training recommendations. 

In keeping with his history as a volunteer coach, always serving with zero financial stake in any swim club he as worked with, the service will be provided free of charge. 

Interested families will be responsible for securing lane space at a 25yard facility (or greater) for the consultation.

If you are interested, email Coach Barnes, please include a contact phone number and suggested dates.  Weekends would be best due to his business travel, and you should allow for an hour to run through the strokes, suggested drills, and time to talk about training.

Since 2001, Coach Barnes has had numerous swimmers qualify for HS Region, HS State and SES; 13 swimmers qualify for Senior Sectionals; 3 swimmers qualify for Junior Nationals; and one swimmer qualify for Senior Nationals.  8 swimmers have gone on to swim in college.
