Prior to August 2004 it was the policy of SWC to post the logos, practice times, and practice locations of the different swim teams in Wilson County without any undue hassles.  SWC has now enacted the following submission policy for local clubs/teams. 

Any swim team that is not currently listed may submit the following items for consideration of inclusion to SWC in a written hard copy letter to the Webmaster that is signed and dated giving permission to post said info it it is deemed appropriate:

1.  Name of Club/Team

2.  Club/Team Graphic on floppy disk*.

3.  Training Location.

4.  Training Times

5.  Team Contact information.

If a listed and approved club or team wishes to make changes to their information then it is their responsibility to send it to the webmaster for posting.  If a club or team wishes to withdraw their information, 30 day notice should be given, in hard-copy written format.

Public information is provided for High Schools with swim teams, only High School phone numbers are listed and no personal contact information is given for the coaches unless requested.

Final determination of all posted items is the sole discretion of the Webmaster.

*All copyrighted graphics submitted should have accompanying documentation of ownership by the submitting party.  Posting of the graphic is at the discretion of the webmaster.
