Summer Swim League Opportunities
The Nashville Swim League is a competitive youth swimming league that holds meets between NSL Club teams between June and July each summer. The NSL Championship meet is commonly referred to as the "City Meet". The NSL is independent, and is not controlled by any USA club as other "league" options may be.
The NSL is a wonderful introduction to competitive swimming with two levels of competition, Novice and Open, that place swimmers in the appropriate classification for competition based on skill development.
The NSL primarily consists of teams in Davidson and Sumner counties, as well as two teams in Wilson County: Langford Farms and Willoughby Station, both of which are based in Mount Juliet. Both Mount Juliet teams require full year membership to either the Langford Farms Club, or the Willoughby Station Homeowners Association.
Wilson County residents have also joined NSL Clubs in surrounding counties, such as the Cages Bend team in Sumner County, Fairvue Plantation in Sumner County, Ravenwood Country Club in Hermitage, or the Old Hickory Country Club team in Old Hickory.
Over 200 Wilson County youth participate on NSL teams, making it the largest, and most competitive, summer league opportunity for Wilson County residents. More Wilson County Resident NSL swimmers who go on to swim year-round with a USA Swim Club choose Excel Aquatics than all other clubs combined.

*****As always, the Year Round Option exists, with Excel Aquatics continuing training during the summer, offering a higher level of training than Summer League teams do.
